This website collects almost nothing, because it sells nothing directly.
Payment happens on the seller’s own checkout, so no card details are ever entered here. What this desk sees is what you choose to send it: an email to the website address listed in the site footer, or a form on this site that opens your own mail client.
What is collected, what is not, who the checkout is, and how to ask for any of it back.

What this JellyBlue website collects
| What | When | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nothing, by default | Browsing these pages | There is no account, no login and no basket on this site. | — |
| Your name, email and message | If you use a form or write to the desk | To answer you. The forms open your own mail client rather than posting to a server here. | Until the matter is closed |
| Your order number, if you send it | If you include it | To pass a query to the order desk, which is the one that can see orders. | Until the matter is closed |
| Standard server logs | Every request, as on any website | Security and uptime. | As the host retains them |
No card details are ever entered on this website. Payment happens on the seller's checkout, under the seller's own policy.
There is no advertising pixel on these pages and no third-party analytics script. The only external resource any page loads is the web font, from Google Fonts, which is how the type on this site renders.
Where a JellyBlue purchase actually happens
Every order button on this website points at a hand-off page, which forwards to the seller’s checkout. That checkout takes the payment, holds the order and issues the confirmation email, and it operates under its own privacy policy rather than under this one.
That is also why the order desk can see an order and this website cannot. The two are separate, and this page would be misleading if it implied otherwise.
Your choices about JellyBlue correspondence
- Ask what is held. Write to the website desk and the desk will tell you what correspondence it has from you.
- Ask for it to be deleted. Same address. Correspondence about a closed matter is deleted on request.
- Correct something. Same address, and a correction to a page is made on the page with the review date moved forward.
- Contact the seller instead. An order, a payment or a refund is the order desk’s, by telephone; the number is in the site footer.
Written enquiries are answered Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
